Our Programs
We practice a Chinese martial arts system called Fu Hok Tai He Morn (FHTHM), composed itself of three traditional systems. Each system is taught in a separate program, maintaining traditional form sequences, while offering complementary health and wellness benefits for the modern practitioner. New students start with either kung fu or tai chi.
